The project agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony attended by Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, CEO of BT Properties Dubai. Malik Riaz Hussain, the visionary Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town, along with other senior executives, graced the event.
